1. What is LovelyCamGirlsLive.com?
Our site connects adult webcam performers with their audience members. We provide a Flash based video streaming system, profiles and galleries for our models, and provide billing services.
2. What is Free Chat?
Free Chat lets members and guests view our performers in a no-nudity area. If you have registered for a free account you will be able to chat with the performer as well. Guests may enter the room, but will be disconnected after a few minutes, and cannot participate in chat. Remember it costs no money to register for your free account.
3. What is Private Chat?
Private chats are 1-on-1 sessions between one of our performers and yourself. No one else can join these chat sessions.
4. What is Nude Chat?
Nude chat is a nudity-allowed area, is cheaper than private chat, but is non-exclusive. This means other people can join and leave the Nude Chat area as well.
5. How much do Nude and Private chat cost?
Our performers are all independent, and set their own rates. You can view the rate for a particular performer by visiting their profile page.
6. What do I need installed on my computer to use chat?
You need a modern browser (we recommend FireFox or Internet Explorer) with the latest version of Flash Player. If you do not have Flash installed, you can download it for free from www.adobe.com. If you're still having trouble using our chat software, please feel free to contact us.
7. How does buying credits work?
Credits may be bought by logging in and clicking the Buy Credits button in the navigation bar. Billing support is handled by our billing partner, billingsupport.com, or you may contact us with problems you are having. Credits are usually posted to your account within a few seconds, or few minutes of the purchase being made. If credits aren't posted in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
8. What are the rules for chatting with performers?
Personal information about yourself should not be shared with the performers, nor should you attempt to get personal information from our performers (such as credit card numbers, addresses, bank account information, etc). Never give your credit card number directly to a performer in chat, instead use our secure purchasing option.
Do not ask our performers for shows involving incest, beastiality, rape, minors, or any other activities banned in our Terms of Service agreement.
Performers are also free to add any other rules to their chatrooms, and can kick members from their room, or ban them at their own discretion.
9. Is cam-to-cam supported?
Cam-to-cam, the ability for the performer to see you as well, is a planned feature and will be available in the near future.
10. Why is my credit card is being declined?
There are a number of reasons a credit card could be declined by our processor. Insufficient funds, or mistyping any of the information are the most common. Our processor also imposes limits on how much a single member may purchase in a single month. If you have reached this limit you will need to wait before purchasing credits again.
We can also consider raising limits on a case-by-case basis. If you would like your limit changed, please indicate this in the form below, and we will let you know if we can raise your monthly limits.
These limits are neccessary to help prevent fraud.
